Delivery Timeline:
Please note that delivery times may extend beyond the typical timeframe established by Baking Bangladesh. The delivery timeframe is provided as an estimate, and customers should calculate this timeframe in working days. It is subject to variation based on various circumstances, including but not limited to, force majeure events such as political unrest, national/public holidays, pandemics, and delays from suppliers or logistic partners, such as courier services.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are contingent on the shipping destination, the selected shipping method during checkout, and the dimensions and weight of the products being shipped.
Order Tracking:
Customers will receive a tracking number from BakingBangladesh.com for their order, enabling them to monitor the delivery progress of their products.
Lost or Damaged Products:
In the event that a customer receives a damaged product or if a package is lost in transit, Baking Bangladesh will replace the product at no extra charge.

Replacement Guarantee Policy:
At Baking Bangladesh, we strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience with each purchase. We guarantee high-quality products to our customers. If a purchased product has a manufacturer’s defect or if it does not match the ordered item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement, customers must contact us within one day of receiving the product.
We will coordinate the return of the damaged or defective product and promptly dispatch the replacement product to the customer.
Customers are required to contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery to initiate the replacement process. Additionally, products must be returned with intact tags and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Replacement eligibility is subject to inspection by the Baking Bangladesh team. Products damaged due to customer misuse, short circuits, or during customer use are not eligible for replacement.
Refund Policy:
At Baking Bangladesh, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for items returned in their original condition within seven days of receipt.
To request a refund, please contact us. Upon receiving your request, we will provide instructions for the refund process.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. It may take several days for the refund to reflect in your account.
